The founder
AVEC was built from the inside out.
Our founder spent a decade in luxury event planning learning what exceptional service looks like at the execution level. She then spent nine years working directly inside the health and longevity industry — with brands including Therabody, Equinox, Life Time, and Restore Hyper Wellness — building the national network of practitioner and facility relationships that AVEC brings from day one.
She also navigated a serious autoimmune diagnosis — Crohn’s disease — going deep into functional medicine and nutrition to understand her own body. That work led to something her doctors considered unlikely: a natural pregnancy at 40. AVEC is not a concept built from the outside. It is a life she built from necessity, curiosity, and genuine expertise.
